as you collect the plorts to repair the computer/communicator, an unknown rancher pops up.
you find metal slimes, shy slimes, calm slimes, sticky slimes, noise slimes, magnet slimes, frost slimes, glow slimes (very bright, possibly related to the phosphor slimes) rainbow/shift slimes (who change color and appearance every now and then) stalker slimes (they follow you) zoom slimes (they zoom through the air in a great speed.) and during the night you find shadow slimes (night creatures) you see new biomes such as the frost forest, the volcano island, the plain land, the shard lands (giant spikes, unclear if its a life form or a geological formation) you find a giant beach (shallow water) with tunnler slimes, big caves right next to it, the mountain near the shard lands (just one big mountain). you need to find out what they eat and if the computer can use their plorts. since you seem to be the only one around, you get to name them. having absolutely no idea what they are, you have to explore a whole planet. the communicator is asking you to collect certain resources. you find a makeshift vac pac with just two slots. (in order to start all over) but you find an old communicator kinda thing. you get closer to a new planet, and crash into the teleport goal. (time to load in the trip to the "new world") you get fired through the universe, whizz by multiple planets, even a supply ship of the 7Zee corporation. you stand in the middle and it slowly fires up. you do this by either collecting every single slime, or slime gordo (traps with food) or every largo variant (including a tarr) this will activate the teleporter.
Slime Rancher 2 is still a little too far out for pre-orders, but we’ll be sure to let you know if and when pre-orders become available right here.How about a second part to slime rancher, that lets you activate the teleporter of the glass desert. We expect Slime Rancher 2 will get the same treatment, consistently improving through updates during its lifecycle.

There were also several free updates for the games that added plenty of game-changing features, including drones that can be programmed to help with various tasks around the ranch, pool party fashion, and huge storage upgrades.
#SLIME RANCHER 2 SLIMES SERIES#
The first Slime Rancher game has a series of DLC packs that mostly consisted of added cosmetics for your slimes and gear. That being said, we’d love to see an option to send friends mail or visit other ranches as spectators. In the past, the development team has been pretty adamant about Slime Rancher being a strictly unique solo experience. The original Slime Rancher didn’t have any multiplayer options, and we don’t expect to see any pop up in Slime Rancher 2. The announcement trailer released in 2021 gave us a quick glimpse of Slime Rancher 2, but no real details. And great news for console players - the game will be available on Xbox Game Pass on release day! Trailer

Like its predecessor, Slime Rancher 2 will be released on Xbox Series X and Windows PC. Slime Rancher 2 was listed on a deck as a 2022 title, but we didn’t get anything more specific. We haven’t been given any more information than that since the sequel was first announced at E3 2021, and there isn’t any sort of historical precedent for release dates since this is only the second Slime Rancher game from Monomi Park.įans expected to get an official release date at the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase 2022.
